Mental health & Free Blood Donation

In refugee camps, access to healthcare is limited and blood shortages are common. BRSU has more than 1000 free Blood donors across the camps. Youth-led blood donation drives are a powerful act of solidarity and service.

Supporting Rohingya Youth Mental Health

The well-being of Rohingya youth in refugee camps extends beyond physical health. Mental health is a community-wide concern shaped by trauma, displacement, and ongoing uncertainty. Many young people have experienced violence, statelessness, and the loss of their homes, families, and sense of future.

Supporting their mental health is essential, not only for individual healing, but for rebuilding resilience, fostering growth, and restoring hope across the entire community.

We provide Rohingya youth leaders with workshops focused on:

  • Building emotional awareness and healthy coping strategies

  • Managing stress and practicing relaxation techniques

  • Learning how to seek help and support others within their community

BRSU Blood Drive in the Refugee Camp

Blood donations are critically needed to support surgeries, childbirth complications, and emergency care. A single donation can save lives and make the difference between life and death for those in urgent need.
