WELCOME TO BRSU
Together, we rise. Together, we lead.
Burmese Rohingya Student Union (BRSU) is a nonprofit, non-political, student- and youth-led organization founded in 2016. We were established by Rohingya students from Kutupalong refugee camp to advocate for justice, education, and inclusive leadership for both male and female youth.
For decades, the Rohingya have faced systemic discrimination, persecution, and genocide in Myanmar. BRSU represents a generation of students and youth who have been denied access to education, citizenship, and public opportunities. In response, BRSU provides a platform for resilience, hope, and empowerment.
